Using social media is a great way for an artist to get their name out there. The main social media sites are Instagram, twitter, and pintrest. according to vogue magazine an instagram artist named Marc Quinn just put up a piece of her art work one day and a few days later she sold the exact same artwork for 3.52 million dollars. Thats incredible that someone thats just makeing art for fun can just out of know where become a millionaire. I encourage all artist to use social media as an outlet. you never know who will find your artwork.
